1. Real-Time Data Capture: Connected Square POS live across every vessel in the fleet, replacing end-of-day paper printouts entirely.
2. Root-and-Branch Process Alignment: Worked closely with daytime tour and evening event teams to agree one consistent way of recording stock and sales.
3. A Purpose-Built Integration: Built a data pipeline on our Connections platform that transforms POS sales data and feeds it straight into Procure Wizard.
4. A Fleet-Wide Operating Standard: Embedded one standardised way of recording sales and stock across the whole fleet, built to last.
